Aimee Gilles was born and raised in Kansas, USA, before moving to France, where her passion for knitting was rekindled. She lives with her family in Paris, and it is there that she opened L'OisiveThé, a wonderful knitting café, then later La Bien Aimée, a wool brand offering beautiful hand-dyed yarns, sold in the whole world.
With Worsted , Aimée wanted to bring joy and bring people together around knitting. During the difficult eighteen months that we have just experienced, she found comfort in delving into the creation of her new yarn base, Corrie Worsted, which inspired the models presented in this book, all knitted with this yarn. .
