The base, with its unique rounded shape, is made of Hinoki cypress from the Kii mountains. The fabric is "Banshu Weave", produced in the North Harima area of Hyogo Prefecture.
These small cushions are distinguished by their natural texture and abundance of colors. The pin cushion is filled with padding that accepts pins easily and won't cause rust.
