Fabric 3: Thick ribbing with elastane if possible. Either flat ribbing or tubular (knitted in the shape of a tube so already doubled for the cut... you then need 2 times less in need of purchase: see table opposite).
You can make the wristbands + lower leg bracelets in stretch jersey: then add 1cm in length to these pieces for more comfort: jersey is less stretchy than ribbing)
